  • Your Image Reference Number is a unique sequence of letters/numbers which allows us to identify your photograph(s). It is located directly under your child’s image on the top right of your proof order form and ends in .jpg

  • You can now use our new family mix packages if you would like a mix of your individual / sibling photos.

    These are Packages M and O in our print lab. All other packages are printed from the same photograph and cannot be mixed. Alternatively, if you just wish to purchase a single 10”x8” print of each of your children you can do this choosing Package D for each of the Image Reference Number(s) required.

  • For reasons of child safety and protection we do not put any photographs online or allow third party companies to host your files online.

    We send your child/children’s photograph(s) to you as printed proofs. As all monitor/phone screens differ, this is also the most accurate representation of how your printed photographs will look after purchasing.

  • If you have received a discount code at the bottom of your proof order form, you can enter this at checkout just before finalising your order.

  • Yes, we have a number of individual photo options. Our most popular would be Option D - 10”x8” Portrait. Alternatively, we do offer some smaller single photo options such as Option Q - 8”x6” framed print, Option P - Autograph Memory Frame, and Option L - Large Fridge Magnet.

  • You can only order a class group photograph if you have received an order form to do so.

    We supply three different types of Class Groups to schools. Therefore, please read the guidelines on your Class Group order form to select the correct option for the type of Class Groups that were taken in your school.

  • Yes! We retain all images on file and once you still have your Image Reference Number, you can still place your order online after the order deadline on your proof order form. However, if you have a discount code it will no longer be active after the order deadline.

  • If your photographs are being returned to your school for collection, your order (in busy times) can take up to 21 working days from the order deadline date on your form to be fulfilled.

    If your photographs are being shipped directly to your home address, your order (in busy times) can take up to 21 working days from time of ordering to be fulfilled.

  • All our files are stored and identified by unique Image Reference Numbers only for security reasons. Therefore, if you have lost your form please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Some of the most common reasons are:

    1. You have entered your card details incorrectly

    2. Your billing address you have entered does not match the address the bank holds for the card being used

    3. You have not entered any address at checkout

    However, if you are still having problems, you can contact us anytime and we will do our best to assist you.

  • If you wish to update/change your order please contact us directly within 2 working days and we would be happy to make any amendments you require.

  • Yes! Once you still have your Image Reference Number(s) for the photos you previously ordered, extra copies can be ordered at any time via our online print lab.

    If you no longer have your Image Reference Number(s) please contact our office and we will be happy to help.

  • Yes! We store all images from previous years securely on our servers.

    If you still have your Image Reference Number(s) for the photos you wish to order, you may do so via our online print lab. Please bear in mind older orders may take a little longer to process.
